Invited speakers work with AD/HD adults in different professional capabilities. Fellow members contribute useful strategies and share their insights of what works and what doesn't. In this uplifting and even fun atmosphere we break from isolation and form community and support. Share your story and strategies, talk with others who "get it," and have some laughs at this friendly drop-in group.
It’s not a "moan and groan" group. It's more of an ADHD Salon, with interesting conversation and sometimes chocolate.
So, come join us the third Wednesday of each month. (Parents are welcome, including parents of adults with ADHD. Many ADHD treatment issues are the same across the lifespan, and this is a rare opportunity for you to talk to adults with ADHD about their expeience as children and young adults. But primary and high school education issues are not discussed.)
Drop-in group.
$5 suggested donation to cover room-rental fee and other CHADD Norcal expenses.
THIS IS THE BEST ADULT ADHD DISCUSSION GROUP IN THE WORLD! (but we could be biased)
