Professional Members

New perks make it worth the upgrade to Professional Member. (It's $100 as opposed to $45), including a listing of Professional and Organizational Members visible to all of our members at the "Plus Level".

Professionals, Organizations and International Members should use This Alternate Form. Be sure to select to affiliate with Chapter 504, which will say: CA, San Francisco, CHADD of Northern CA (ID 504)

Larger organizations may want to consider the substantially more benefited Organizational Membership.
